This is a meal often enjoyed by travellers to Greece, Cyprus and Turkey, but is a feature of the cuisine in Iran, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria and Palestinian territories. Meze can also be found in Bulgaria, Romania, Albania and elsewhere. A truly international approach to enjoying food.
Wherever you experience meze on your travels though it will often differ depending on local produce and customs and critically using whatever is seasonal. In the west though, we can only do our best to reproduce our favourite meze dishes, but a superb way to bring back holiday memories for your customers and guests.
