Running Order
1:00pm Guests Arrive – complimentary Pimms or orange juice on arrival (Gift table in reception)
1:45pm Photos in the garden (All guests to be directed to the garden)
2:45pm Seat guests for Wedding breakfast x100 (90 x adults & 10 Children)
On the table when guests sit down, Place cards, White wine glasses, red wineglasses, water glasses & Champagne flutes for the toast
2:55 The the bride and groom enter
3:00pm Serve the 3 course Menu (menu attached below)-(Place settings will indicate who is having which dishes)
Pour the first glass of wine
3:40pm Pour the champagne for the toast
3:45pm Speeches (Best man to lead, Father of the bride then the groom)
4:10pm Cut the cake (Provide Knife and side plates)
5:00pm The guests to move to the bar & lounge to prepare the function suite for the Disco and evening buffet
7:00pm Evening guests arrive
8:00pm Disco will begin
11:00pm 100 x Sausage sandwiches and 100 x bacon sandwiches
1:00am Bar closed
