Tomato and Basil Bruschetta

Method
Preparation
- Ciabatta – slice the ciabatta into 4 even slices (approximately 1 cm wide) and lightly rub both sides of each with rapeseed oil and garlic confit.
- Basil – remove stalks and finely slice 1 mm to order.
Method
- Pre heat char grill until smoking hot on a high flame
- Char grill the ciabatta in a cross section on both sides
- Top with tomato mix evenly across all four of the ciabatta croutes
- Place on plate / slate as per picture and serve straight away
