Method
Preparation
- Tomatoes – Quarter
- Rocket – Wash and dry in the colander
- Ciabatta – Slice off the ends, slice into 4 even slices
Method
- Heat up the char grill, once hot toast the ciabatta on it in a criss cross pattern on both sides place on the board
- Mix the rocket, tomato and rapeseed oil in the mixing bowl, place on the board
- Place the pot of mackerel pate on the board
- Ready to serve
