Because your site is cloud based your entire team can be issued a user name and password in order to give them the information and support to do there jobs effectively and they can access it from anywhere providing they have a smart device/ phone or computer.


Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (2013)

RIDDOR is the common acronym used for Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (currently 2013).

The regulations state what kind of reports should be made to the HSE (Health & Safety Executive).

Both employers and employees should be aware of the health and safety responsibilities, and these statutory regulations explain and employers obligation to report deaths, injuries, diseases  and “dangerous occurrences”, including near misses, that occur in the workplace or in connection with work.
