INFORMATION CENTRE
A - Z of all your business relevant information, anything you want your teams to have access to, such as COSHH sheets for your chemicals, fire safety manual, company/staff handbook, new starter training forms, hygiene Certificates etc.

CENTRALISE
Because your site is cloud based your entire team can be issued a user name and password in order to give them the information and support to do there jobs effectively and they can access it from anywhere providing they have a smart device/ phone or computer.


Skill Levels

To help allocate duties in the kitchen MyEChef has defined a methodology for identifying the skill level required to make a dish.
This is based on a simple one to five eggs legend as you will see on each recipe.

For our five egg scale read on....


One Egg – Simple recipe. Cook can work from the written recipe. Requires supervision, but little kitchen experience. Involves no heated cooking, limited knife skills and only a handful of ingredients.

Two Eggs – Straightforward recipe with multiple ingredients and basic cooking techniques. Cooks should have competent knife skills and used to using mechanical kitchen equipment. Can include preparation of sub-recipes, as well as basic plating up and presentation.

Three Eggs – More complex dishes with three to four components. The cook should be experienced and have a breadth of practiced technical skill for working in a kitchen unsupervised. Should be used to multitasking and coordinating several dishes simultaneously for service.

Four Eggs – For highly skilled chefs who are able to bring together several components for complex dishes, requiring various cooking, preparation and detailed presentation skills

Five Eggs – Dishes requiring specialist techniques and equipment.
